To share the Gospel, disciple people and build up the local and global Church as we serve our partners in reaching people for Christ.

Mark 16:15 says, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” It is our job to share the life changing message of Jesus Christ. - Disciple people
In Matthew 28:19 the primary command is to make disciples. We view our local missions and short-term trips as opportunities to make disciples through sharing the gospel and training new believers, but also by teaching and developing existing national believers as well as short-term Team Members. - Build up the global Church
Using the Acts 2:42 model to start new churches, encourage existing churches and connect local people to the local church. - We serve our church
We lay aside our expectations to serve our ministry partners by supporting their strategy. We do not force our vision or culture upon others. Rather, we come alongside to help execute their vision.
